Returns & Refunds Policy – DJ Multi Service

At DJ Multi Service, we are committed to providing exceptional transportation experiences for weddings, parties, and special events. As our business is based on service reservations rather than physical goods, our refund policy reflects the nature of scheduled vehicle rentals.

Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to cancel your reservation and receive a refund only if the cancellation is made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled start of your trip.

• Refund Window: Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance are eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees.

• No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled service date are non-refundable, as vehicles and drivers are reserved specifically for your event.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing with a clear statement. You can do this by email at:

Please include your reservation number, full name, event date, and reason for cancellation (optional).

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date your cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the booking. No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that the following situations are not eligible for a refund:

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

• No-shows or failure to be present at the agreed pickup location and time.

• Client-caused delays that shorten service time.

• Force majeure events (e.g., weather, traffic incidents) that are outside our control.

• Services already rendered.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand plans can change. You may request to reschedule your booking, subject to availability. To be eligible, rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the event. One-time changes are free; additional changes may incur a fee.
